Flex is a community-centric ecosystem with value generation at its core. With its **Proof-of-Collaboration (PoCol)** protocol, Flex aims to onboard the next generation of projects to the new web.

Flex is a community where every project built on our platform reaps financial benefits from the collective growth of all projects within the ecosystem. Our goal is to create an environment where collaboration and shared prosperity drive innovation and success.

## The Flex Network

The core participants are:

1. Flex ecosystem projects: Value-driven **"projects that democratize Web3**" contribute to the Flex ecosystem. 
2. Flex validator nodes: Nodes that use zero-knowledge proofs to ensure fairness, transparency, and trustlessness among the participants of the Flex ecosystem. 
3. Flex governance: Governance system to supercharge the Proof-of-Collaboration protocol. 
4. Flex contributor network: A global network of distinguished individuals committed to the ecosystem's success.
